Session 1 – Eatwell Guide This lesson is the first of the programme and will take a look at the various food groups in the Eatwell Guide.
Session 2 – Carbs This lesson will look at the yellow group in the Eatwell Guide called starchy carbohydrates.
Session 3 – Sugar This lesson focuses on sugar, specifically free/added sugars and suggest ways to limit how much we eat.
Session 4 – Animals or Plants This lesson looks at the three bottom food groups in the Eatwell Guide; pink, blue and purple, and the way they help our body.
Session 5 – Fruits and Veggies This lesson highlights the variety of fruits and vegetables that are available for us to eat, paying close attention to the range of different colours.
Session 6 – Water and Live Well This lesson is the final of the programme and looks into the importance of water, as well as the other aspects of being healthy.
