Session 2 – Food Packages This lesson will look at the information that is displayed on food packages, and how we use that to make healthier food choices.
Session 1 – Eatwell Guide This lesson will focus on all of the components needed for a healthy diet including nutrients (carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins and minerals), water and fibre and look at the quantities we need them in.
